Pay What You Can Minis

HEY Iowa friends! I'm Courtney! 

I'm a professional photographer originally from North Carolina, now making the Des Moines, Iowa area home. Since getting settled down in Iowa, I've watched the leaves change, felt the temperature cool and rejoiced as Starbucks added back PSLs to their menu. 

I have such fond memories of photographing many weddings, families, seniors and more during nearly every Fall since 2012. Each time I step outside and see the sunlight shining through the trees in that *perfect way* I can't help but want to pull out my camera, pose people in the perfect lighting and create beautiful memories for those in our community. (My kids would also love if I had people besides them to photograph again hah!)

However, I have felt called to slowly lean back into my business in Iowa and to start by using my love of photography and community to give back and get connected where I can. I've been debating the best way to finally get started here in Iowa, and I think I came up with the perfect mix of my passion and calling to kick things off..

On October 23rd, I've decided to offer "Pay What You Can" Minis! 

The past few years have been crazy for our family and I know many others can relate! My wish for these sessions is to provide you with quality photos, while working within whatever your budget is. All that is required is a $50 deposit to hold your spot. This protects both my time and yours from cancellation. If all that sounds good, then scroll for more info! 

How it Works:

After picking your time you will be sent an invoice for $50 (plus sales tax) to reserve your spot. The deposit is due upon receipt. If it is not paid within 24 hours I will release the session spot.

If $50 is all you wish to pay, that is 100% fine! If you are able to pay more the day of your session or after, you can! No matter what, each and every client is getting the same joyful experience!

These sessions will take place at a location roughly 15-20 minutes from West Des Moines (details sent at booking) and will include a 15-20 minute session with edited images for you to download.

If you're used to a full session the session time may sound short, but it's often the perfect amount of time for: Little kids (and some adults) who have only a small amount of willingness for photos, capturing senior photos during a new season, or just getting updated photos to share on a Christmas card or online during the holidays!
